Ignite Talk: 5 Reasons To Take A Motorcycle Class
The talk served two purposes: it allowed me to share one of my passions (motorcycling) and it let me model a presentation technique that I was thinking of using in classes.

After this presentation, I changed the parameters for final student presentations in my graduate classes. I restricted students to five minutes (before questions) and set a maximum number of slides. I also coached students in alternate to death-by-Powerpoint techniques from Presentation Zen.
